We’re committed to providing our "tell it like it is"content and style freely and independently. Can you help us keep at it?
Regular readers of The Standard know that since before the last election we’ve been alert to the political and economic uncertainties created in this new era of expanded Presidential influence and claims to authority. Our country’s historical, legal, and constitutional — some would add moral — precedents are being challenged.
As we’ve made clear in many posts, South Dakota is directly affected. Tom and I, along with numerous voices from around our community, have much to say about the new political reality that has emerged – and we’re gratified that The Standard has become a place for them to say it.
We want to keep it up.
You can help us do so by supporting The Standard financially, either on a one-time or regular basis, with a contribution that can be quickly and easily made by clicking on the PayPal button on your right.
If you prefer to send a check, please make it out to the South Dakota Standard and mail it ℅ John Tsitrian 6144 Wildwood Drive, Rapid City, SD 57702.
By helping out, you’ll be supporting independent, community-wide commentary that is free from commercial and political oversight.
Tom Lawrence and I appreciate the support.
